IEC Electronic Sockets

IEC electronic locks developed and produced by AUPINS are mainly used in IEC AC charging sockets at the end of new energy vehicles and IEC charging sockets at the pile end.  During the product development process, full consideration was given to the size of the electronic lock actuator.Technical points such as size, locking/unlocking single/double position signal feedback, and overall IP65 protection performance overcome and solve the problems and concerns that customers encounter when using electronic locks.

Features of IEC Electronic Sockets

  • Have a signal feedback function and manual emergency unlocking function.

  • Special internal waterproof protection performance, protection grade achieved IP65

  • Reliable material, flame retardant, pressure resistance, abrasion resistance, impact resistance, and high oil resistance.


Applications of IEC Electronic Sockets

Position feedback: Lock/unlock dual position feedback

Locking rod push and pull force: ≥30N (normal temperature 12VDC)

Lifespan: 30000 cycles (12VDC normal temperature, power-on time 350ms, interval 2s)

Working temperature: -40℃~85℃

Rated voltage: 12VDC

Working voltage: 9VDC~16VDC

Rated current: ≤1A
